Wedding, Portrait, and Event Photographer

Mary Brown, also known as Mary B., specializes in wedding, portrait and event photography. Her photographic style reflects her training as an artist, graphic designer and art director. Before turning to photography full-time in 2011, Mary was associate art director for Black Enterprise magazine where she helped art direct many photo shoots featuring—not only notable entrepreneurs and corporate executives—but celebrities like Venus Williams, Queen Latifah and Oprah Winfrey. Mary has had her photos published in Wine & Spirits, Black Enterprise, and Jet magazines. She is also an adjunct lecturer at New York City College of Technology, where she’s taught courses in digital photography, Photoshop and graphic design.
