Today Heidi Thompson shares with us her clever “Burger King Strategy” to increase portrait sessions.
- If you’re in a smaller community, consider the “Burger King Night” tactic: Contact the superintendent/leader of a local school near you and offer to donate 10% (or whatever percentage works for you) back to them for every session fee that is booked for anyone who goes to that school. It creates a win-win situation for everyone.
- Give this special offer a time limit, such as one month.
- This is also applicable to churches, girl scout groups, etc
- People begin associating your business with “giving back” to the community, which goes a long way towards making your business stand out. Plus, it’s just plain great to give back to your local community.
